Knight

I have to say this

and I have to say this loud enough

still keeping it a whisper

that only you can hear

there are times

when you fall back

and evaluate your personality

your powers, your strength

because lately you feel like someone

who is losing, constantly, repeatedly 

and you have started to find it hard

to stand among the crowd

to face people

and an army of notions

that make you feel weak

keep attacking you, bringing you down

after every time you try to stand and walk

every time you swing your sword

you are countered with a blow

on your armor 

you are not liking this 

as you want to be confident

and have your own voice

and actions to follow it

it gets very tiring and painful

the wounds and bleeding

which you experience

but no one can see

there is this one thing I want you to know

you have it all in you

that will make you to fight back

you have this valour in you

with which you keep up in the battlefield

just stay a little longer and keep standing

until death can finally put you to rest

keep wearing the armour

mending it, repairing it

keep riding the horse

and soon you will walk with this pride

and talk like a man to whom everyone wants to listen to

and before death comes and gets you

the honour will find you
